Maryland is reporting more than six-point-nine-million of its residents have received at least one dose of the vaccine. Almost half of that number of Maryland adults are fully vaccinated. The state reported 47 new COVID-19 cases and three related deaths today. The state positivity rate went up to point-66-percent.
