Frostburg resident Corey Douglas Horton is being charged with various drug and gun counts, following his arrest Tuesday in the 600-block of Hill Top Drive. Officers responded to reports of a driver, slumped over behind the wheel of a running vehicle. Horton showed signs of impairment, and he was taken into custody. He also told police they would find a handgun in the vehicle. They found that and a hypodermic syringe. He was charged, received a District Court hearing and was released on his own recognizance.
