SANITY PHASE OF CAPITAL GAZETTE TRIAL CONTINUES

The defense in the Capital Gazette mass shooting trial continues its effort to convince a jury that Jarrod Ramos was not criminally responsible for the 2018 newsroom attack. On Tuesday the defense presented evidence of lawsuits Ramos filed against the newspaper for a 2011 article about a harassment case against him. Also testifying for the defense was a psychologist who interviewed Ramos and concluded he has autism spectrum disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and delusional disorder. Prosecutors contend Ramos was sane when he killed five Gazette employees.
