An alleged drug transaction in the vicinity of Queen City Drive resulted in the arrest of three people on Wednesday. Police saw a man approach a vehicle to exchange a small white package, and it was discovered it was a quantity of Suboxone strips. Cumberland resident Robert Lee Hess was charged with possession of CDS, while Dustin Thomas Walk, also of Cumberland, was arrested with CDS possession and possession with intent to distribute. Following a search of the vehicle, Victoria Virginia Shell was also found to be in possession of a larger amount of Suboxone, Clonazepam, and cash. She was also arrested. All were taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance, and have been released, pending trial.
