Thirty-year-old Lewistown, Pennsylvania resident Nicholas Adam Gunderson was arrested following an altercation with a woman around Canal Place. When she pointed him out, the man ran and hid nearby. He was located and taken into custody without further incident. He was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order and released pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
