MAN ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING, DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Cumberland resident Noah Charles Dicken was charged with trespassing and an intoxicated public disturbance, following an incident Saturday at a South Centre Street business. Dicken was accused of spitting food at patrons of the business and was asked to leave. He was asked a second time and refused. He was later placed under arrest and later released on criminal citations.
