Pennsylvania State Police arrested a man who had been wanted by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office. Thirty-three-year-old Blair Ratteni was found hiding in a child’s playhouse in a backyard on Witt Road in Hyndman. Ratteni was believed to have been staying at the home. He was taken to the Bedford County Jail to await extradition to Allegany County. Charges against him remain unclear.
