Twenty-nine-year-old Shantay Lorraine Jessie faces two counts of assault, following an incident in the 600-block of Bedford Street on Sunday. One victim reported Ms. Jessie allegedly struck them in the face and bit them; a second victim said that during the assault, she allegedly spit in their face. She received a District Court hearing, where she was released on an unsecured $2500 bond.
