Maryland’s coronavirus positivity rate is rising above one-percent. The state reported 118 new COVID cases and four new deaths today. Governor Larry Hogan says unvaccinated residents account for all of the COVID-related deaths last month. More than three-point-four Maryland adults are fully vaccinated.
