If you live in Martinsburg and would like to be considered for mayor, you are asked to write a letter detailing your intent. The Martinsburg City Council is accepting letters through this Friday and will meet on July 21st to appoint someone to fulfill the term of Harriet Johnson. The funeral for Johnson is today at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg.
