Somerset’s Chalk the Block festival is returning for its fifth year. Art will be displayed on the sidewalks of Uptown Somerset, all created by professional chalk artists. The festival will also feature competitions for youth artists and an open art-making space with chalk provided. The festival will take place on the 24th and 25th of this month.
