Annapolis police are announcing the arrest of the suspect connected to the murder of a Naval Academy mom. Michelle Cummings was struck with a stray bullet while on the patio of an Annapolis hotel the night before her son was getting inducted into the Naval Academy. Angelo Harrod of Annapolis has been charged with her murder. Police say Harrod was on house arrest when he cut his ankle bracelet off and became a fugitive.
