GAME SUSPENDED AFTER SHOTS FIRED

The Washington Nationals and San Diego Padres game was suspended Saturday evening after shots rang out near Nationals Park.  DC Police say an exchange of fire happened between people in two vehicles on South Capitol Street outside the ballpark.  Three people, one of whom investigators say is an innocent bystander were treated for gunshot wounds and are expected to recover. The ball game was suspended in the bottom of the sixth and resumed yesterday.
