Cumberland resident Christopher Todd Ellsworth was served two arrest warrants, stemming from him failing to appear in District Court, on two separate charges of theft under $1500.00. There were also two outstanding arrest warrants through Worcester County and Saint Mary’s County. Those warrants were logged as a detainer for Ellsworth to be held until appearing in the counties in which the arrest warrants were issued.
