MARYLAND RECORDS 183 CASES OF COVID-19

Maryland health officials report 183 new COVID-19 cases and five additional deaths.  Friday’s numbers mark the fourth day in a row that the state reported more than 100 new cases. The state’s seven-day positivity rate is now 1-point-1-8-percent. Hospitalizations are down by 12 to 120 and 45 patients are in the ICU. More than 3.47 million Maryland adults are fully vaccinated against the virus and nearly 76-percent of adults in the state have received at least one dose.
