Allegany College of Maryland is doubling the number of nursing students in its evening cohort. Beginning in January of next year, the college will accept 40 students into its two-year academic training program. Applications are due by September 30th. Applications are available online at “allegany.edu/nursing-application.” Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. with the possibility for daytime clinical hours.
