Carter Bank and Trust in Virginia is suing the governor and his wife for loans they personally guaranteed. The bank is looking to collect 58-million dollars from Jim and Cathy Justice. This is the latest back and forth between the Justices’ businesses and the bank after the defaults of The Greenbrier Sporting Club and Oakhurst Club.
