DELEGATION ANNOUNCES FEDERAL FIRE, EMS FUNDING

Maryland’s congressional delegation has announced more than 1-point-2-million-dollars in federal funding for local Fire and EMS Departments in the Baltimore region.  Lawmakers say the American Rescue Plan Funding will provide first responders with the supplies and equipment they need to keep Marylanders safe.  Baltimore County will receive more than 389-thousand-dollars, Anne Arundel County will get more than 282-thousand-dollars and other jurisdictions in Central Maryland will receive the balance.
