Cumberland resident Brandon Simpson has been charged with first and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, after he allegedly pulled a knife, threatening to kill the victim. The incident took place in the 300-block of Frederick Street. He was later located and placed under arrest. He received a District Court hearing, and was ordered held without bond.
