Maryland State Police will officially open the new Cumberland Barracks tomorrow. The ceremonial event will include several current and former State Troopers. Lieutenant Governor Boyd Rutherford will join other elected officials for the affair. Members of the public are also welcomed to the event tomorrow afternoon.
