The president of The Greenbrier Resort is facing an IRS lien. The lien against Jill Justice, who is the governor’s daughter, was first filed this past March, but the unpaid taxes remain unpaid. Much of the eight-million dollars due dates back as far as 2009. That was the year the Justice family purchased the resort out of bankruptcy.
