Cumberland resident Jakeenan Corderay Jennings has been charged with burglary, destruction of property, and assault, following an incident in the 700-block of Bedford Street on Tuesday. Jennings allegedly went into a residence, slapped one of the occupants, and began to destroy their property. He was located and arrested. Following a District Court hearing, he was ordered held on $7500 bond.
