W.V. SENATE ADOPTS A MEASURE ON VACCINE MANDATES

The state Senate is passing a bill that will lay out the requirements medical facilities and religious organizations will follow to become exempt from vaccine mandates.  The bill passed yesterday with a narrow one-vote margin of 17 to 16.  Before the vote, there were more than two hours of passionate debate.  The bill will be waiting for the House when they are back in session this evening.
