MARYLAND CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT LINES STILL IN LIMBO

Boundary lines for Maryland congressional districts remain in limbo with the primary election set for July 19th.  A judge held a hearing on a redrawn map, after she threw out a previous map on constitutional grounds.  Judge Lynn Battaglia says she is holding off on a ruling because a legal move by Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh could result in the new map being rejected.  The new map is also awaiting a signature or veto by Governor Larry Hogan.
