HELICOPTER CRASHES AT WEST VIRGINIA CHARITY EVENT; SIX DEAD

A helicopter that crashed Wednesday evening in West Virginia, killing six people, was part of a charity event.  Anyone making a 250-dollar donation could fly in the Vietnam War-era helicopter for 30 minutes. Others could ride along for a small donation.  The helicopter crashed on a country road outside Logan, West Virginia.  That’s about an hour southwest of Charleston, the state capital.  The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
