While costs continue to fall across the nation, Pennsylvania motorists continue to pay above-average prices at the pump. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded fell Friday to just under four dollars, 72 cents in the Keystone State compared to the corresponding national average, which stood at just under four 58. The cheapest gas is found in South Carolina and Georgia, both of which posted figures of right around four oh nine. California drivers pay the most at the pump. Friday’s posted average price in the Golden State dropped slightly to about five 95 per gallon.
