SENATE CANDIDATE ARRESTED OVER ALLEGED FALSE CHILD TRAFFICKING REPORT

A candidate for Maryland’s Republican U.S. Senate nomination is in jail ahead of today’s primary.  On Friday, Harford County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ryan Dark White, who’s running as Dr. Jon McGreevey, on allegations he falsely claimed to have information about child sex trafficking.  The Harford County Sheriff’s Office says White told officers that a man working at an adult bookstore north of Baltimore was forcing a young girl to perform sex acts on male customers.  White is now charged with making false statements to law enforcement.  He’s one of ten Senate candidates on the Republican ballot.
