Boswell, Pennsylvania residents won’t have to go without ambulance service, as the Borough Council has unanimously voted to make the Somerset Area Ambulance Association its official EMS provider. The Boswell Volunteer Fire Department elected to eliminate their EMS program, due to financial constraints. Residents are concerned about delays in response times and care, but members of the Borough Council are confident there won’t be any major issues.
