BOTH SIDES OF ATV BATTLE PITCH LAWMAKERS

Those in favor of the idea to allow ATV’s to use public state park land, and those opposed to the idea got their time in front of West Virginia lawmakers.  The Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources Subcommittee heard presentations yesterday.  The argument for allowing the off-roading vehicles is that it could mean an economic boost to the state.  Those against the idea, argue those who wish to go off-roading should not be allowed on State Park property.
