Frostburg is being featured on national television this holiday season on UPtv, and the Allegany County Tourism office is spearheading plans to welcome the TV crew. Frostburg residents are encouraged to pull out all the stops as they decorate exteriors of their homes, offices and shops for Christmas this year. Information about a grant program can be found online at www.frostburgcity.org. Featured will be the annual Storybook Holiday celebration in early December. It will be hosted and executive produced by Megan Alexander, a national correspondent for “Inside Edition” and the author of books that include “The Magic of a Small Town Christmas.”
