Keyser’s water and sewer rates will increase, following actions by the Mayor and Council last week. The increases will take place over the next 18 months, with sewer rates increasing 15 per cent in November and 9 per cent in July of next year. Water rates will increase by 10.6 per cent in November, and an additional 5 per cent in January of 2024.
