MARYLAND MAN KILLED IN HYNDMAN ACCIDENT TUESDAY

A 70-year old Maryland man was killed in a two-vehicle crash during Tuesday’s snowstorm. The man was traveling southbound on Route 96, when he lost control of his vehicle on the roadway. It then traveled into the opposite lane and was struck by an oncoming vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to UPMC-Western Maryland for treatment of serious injuries. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and his identity has not yet been released.
