An Anne Arundel County jury finds Angelo Harrod guilty in the stray-bullet killing of a Naval Academy mother. Michelle Cummings of Houston, Texas was hit and killed in June 2021 in Annapolis. She was in town for her son’s induction ceremony. Jurors delivered their verdict this morning, finding Harrod guilty on all counts, including first and second-degree murder. The trial lasted two weeks.
