The city of Cumberland Planning Commission has approved the draft version of “Cumberland 2045: Comprehensive Plan” for review by the Maryland Department of Planning, the public and other interested entities, at their October meeting. The draft plan is now available for public review on the city’s website. Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts using the online comment form by December 31st. The final version of the plan is expected to be approved by late January.
