State workers can begin commenting on proposed changes to their health insurance through PEIA. The PEIA Finance Board is holding public meetings over the next three weeks, starting tonight in Wheeling. PEIA is proposing a three percent aggregate premium increase and a 200-dollar monthly spousal surcharge increase. The changes would take effect next July 1st.
