Cumberland resident Kendall Shane Lowers was served two bench warrants for failure to appear and was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. He was found in the elevator area of the George Street parking garage, and initially gave police a false name, because of the failure to appear bench warrants on counts of littering and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was taken into custody and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center.
