Morgantown resident Stephen Anthony Lemro, who was accused in a hit-and-run accident, died a day before he was to appear for a preliminary hearing. Lemro is accused in a fatal hit-and-run in Fairchance, Pennsylvania last August. He allegedly struck and killed Paula Silvis, as she was crossing the street. He fled the scene, but was captured after a brief pursuit. He had been free on a $100,000 bond.
