The search for a missing miner from the Alpha Metallurgical Rolling Thunder Mine is continuing around the clock. Governor Patrick Morrisey says the worker went missing when the mine flooded on Saturday afternoon. Nearly two-point-seven million gallons of water remain in the mine before rescuers can safely enter the flooded areas. Alpha Metallurgical is drilling from the surface to create more access points to help with the rescue effort.
