HOGAN ANNOUNCES RECOVERY PLAN

Maryland’s Road to Recovery will be accomplished in three phases. Governor Larry Hogan announced a number of steps that must be taken, before life can return to normal. However, the state is behind the curve, and the number of cases has yet to peak. According to the plan, Stage One of the recovery involves lifting stay at home orders, opening some small businesses, and allowing flexibility for some areas of Maryland that are considered “non-surge” areas. The Second Stage involves raising the limit on social gatherings and allowing some non-essential employees to return to work. The final phase of the plan allows for larger gatherings and events, opening large scale bars and restaurant, and having larger religious gatherings.
