Frankfort High School Booster Club

Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The Frankfort High School Athletic Booster Club will hold its first ever elimination dinner on March 1st. The dinner will be held at Brookedale Farm at 6 p.m. Over $3500 in cash prizes (including a $1,000 grand prize) will be given out; dinner will be catered by “Getting Piggy with It,” and music by DJ Everline. Salisbury Church of the Brethren “Glitter and Gold” Snowball

The Salisbury Church of the Brethren is holding a “Glitter and Gold Snowball,” an evening of music, dancing, food and fellowship, featuring DJ Frank Ryan. Grant County Arts Council “Women in War” Exhibit

The Moomau Library is hosting a new exhibit, sponsored by the Grant County Arts Council, entitled, “Women in War.” This is a traveling exhibition from the U.S. Army Women’s Museum, Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. It is being shown in venues around West Virginia, courtesy of the West Virginia Humanities Council and the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs. The exhibit is free and open to the public and is availabnle for viewing during regular library hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A closing date will be announced. The Flintstone United Methodist Church Pantry on the Go scheduled for February 20th has been moved up to February 19th. The change has been made due to inclement weather forecasts for the 20th. The event will start at 9:00 in the church parking lot.
