CUMBERLAND PERSONNEL CHANGES ANNOUNCED

Cumberland City Comptroller Ken Tressler has been promoted to the position of Director of Administrative Services, which has been vacant for a number of years. City Administrator Jeff Rhodes says Tressler will now oversee the City’s Human Resources, Information Technology, Tax and Utility, Finance, Community Development and Parks and Recreation Departments. Filling the vacancy left by Tressler’s promotion, Mark Gandolfi has been named the city’s new comptroller. Most recently, he served as the Superintendent and Chief Financial Officer for the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind.
