A routine property check has led to the arrest of Cumberland resident Justin Fagan. Officers found a vehicle on private property that appeared suspicious. A K-9 free air sniff alerted officers to the odor of controlled dangerous substances.; following a probable cause search, an amount of CDS was recovered, and Fagan was arrested. He was charged with two counts of CDS possession, not marijuana. Fagan received a District Court hearing, and was later remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center
