Peter Manfredonia, who is wanted in Connecticut on two counts of murder and other charges, was arrested in the parking lot of a travel center on Halfway Boulevard in Hagerstown last night. There were reports he may have been in the area, and had taken an Uber from Chambersburg to Hagerstown. He was arrested without incident by members of the Maryland State Police, Connecticut State Police, U.S. Marshals and the FBI. He is currently being held in Washington County, pending extradition proceedings from Connecticut.
