Bedford and Somerset are among the Pennsylvania counties moving to the “green” phase on Friday, which means those counties will have the fewest restrictions in Governor Tom Wolfe’s stoplight-colored three phase reopening plan. Specifically, the green phase eases most restrictions by lifting the stay at home and business closure orders to allow the economy to strategically reopen, while continuing to prioritize public health.
