Four employees of he Bedford County Correctional Facility have tested positive for COVID-19, but officials hope they are hopeful they have stopped the virus from spreading to the inmate population. The case was confirmed a first case a little more than a week ago. The state of Pennsylvania reported that Bedford County logged 218 test results over the past week.
