TUCKER COUNTY MAN ENTERS PLEA IN DRUG CASE

Tucker County resident Dustin Bruce Moran has pleaded guilty to a count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. According to the U.S. Attorney’s office, Moran admitted to having more than 50 grams of meth in April, 2018 in Randolph County. He now faces a sentence of not less than 10 years and up to life incarceration, along with a fine of up to $10 million.
