A man in China was walking a dog when a cat fell on his head, knocking him out. Gao can be seen walking his golden retriever, when out of nowhere a cat falls onto his head, causing him to collapse onto the sidewalk unconscious. The cat belonged to his elderly neighbor and had fallen from the balcony. Apparently, the cat spent some time in a hospital to recover from its injuries, and Gao wants compensation from his neighbor to cover the incident. His primary care doc would like a cat scan.
