MARYLAND TO ENTER MODIFIED THIRD PHASE OF RECOVERY

Because of Maryland’s improving coronavirus metrics, the state will be able to enter a modified third phase of recovery, beginning Friday at 5 p.m. Indoor theaters and outdoor entertainment venues will be reopening with limited capacity, while increased capacity will be allowed at retail establishments and religious facilities. Governor Larry Hogan issued an order, which allows local governments to opt out and move at a slower pace than the rest of the state.
