Tonight is the National Night Out which brings the city of Cumberland Police Department and neighborhoods in the city together. A caravan of Cumberland Police and Fire vehicles will be at the South Penn school from 5 to 6:15 p.m. and from 6:45 p.m. to 8 p.m., they will be at Braddock Middle School. The city is asking residents to keep their porch lights on overnight, with the “Porch Lights On, from Dusk till Dawn” campaign.
