Cumberland resident Michael Anthony Butler was charged with theft and other counts, following a Saturday incident at a Queen City Drive business. Butler had been accused of following patrons into the store and acting suspiciously. He also allegedly removed an item from the store, without paying for it. He received a District Court hearing and later released, after posting $2500 bond.
